Set within 100 acres of ancient woodland in the Dedham Vale countryside, The Suffolk Sanctuary is a place where history, healing, and nature come together. The estate is home to sweeping gardens, a serene private lake, outdoor pool, elegant formal and casual dining rooms, and light-filled morning and drawing rooms — every detail designed to invite calm and connection.
At the heart of the estate is our Wellness Studio (Barn), a dedicated healing space underlaid with crystals to encourage grounding and energetic alignment. This sacred studio hosts a wide range of day retreats and practices, including:

Confidence and empowerment workshops

Beyond retreats, The Suffolk Sanctuary is also available for exclusive hire. The estate provides a versatile and inspiring setting for:
